The Grand Prize winner will be announced based on the results of the member vote, which will take place on December 15th.
Grand Prize
Candidate 1:Market Area Report AI (商圏レポートAI)
AI instantly analyzes vast amounts of data, enabling anyone to achieve sophisticated market area understanding.
Giken Shoji International Co., Ltd. / Data Insight Co., Ltd.
[Case Summary]
The "Market Area Report AI (商圏レポートAI)" is a function that uses the power of AI to enable anyone to easily perform advanced market area analysis, which was previously difficult for non-experts. It is integrated into Giken Shoji International's market area analysis GIS, "MarketAnalyzer® 5." This feature was developed through co-creation with Data Insight Co., Ltd., a member company strong in AI. Targeting "real market areas" linked to location information, it instantly analyzes a diverse range of over 1,000 data items. Rather than simply converting data using AI, it incorporates the expertise (detailed criteria) of analysis professionals, ensuring the output of highly reliable analysis results free from hallucinations (false information). It contributes to the democratization of market area understanding and decision-making for chain enterprises.

Candidate 2:CITY INSIGHT Road Maintenance Support Service
Nightley Co., Ltd.
[Case Summary]
The "CITY INSIGHT Road Maintenance Support Service" is a new service (launched May 2025) that achieves efficiency and digital transformation (DX) in road infrastructure maintenance and management operations for local governments. It does this by analyzing human flow data (vehicle driving data) useful for analyzing road infrastructure usage—such as data from passenger cars, commercial vehicles, dashcams, and app GPS data. A notable feature is that its realization is based on collaboration with many data partner companies, including LBMA Japan member companies (e.g., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Agoop, Hino Computer System, Yazaki Corporation, Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc., etc.).
